In current mobile banking applications, users will need to have an account to access the banking services. Every time accessing mobile banking applications, users are required to login using their credentials. This will lead to a chance that cyber-attackers perform malicious keylogging activities. Although the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication can strengthen the authentication process, there are still restrictions in certain cases. In this research paper, a new keyboard system is suggested to overcome this issue. The proposed system is trusted and verified by the bank companies and prevents users from being threatened by malicious keyloggers. This research will be using quantitative study via survey to review to gather information from respondents. The target respondents will be 300 respondents who are using mobile-banking applications regularly around Malaysia. The sampling method applied is proportionate stratified sampling. In conclusion, this study will cover the limitations in the current keyboard system and propose a new system to fulfill the gap. The recommendation for future researchers is to develop a system that could identify the nature of a keylogger, so that the keylogger used for supervising will not be removed.
