Abstract

The rapid advancement of technologies is not without its downfall as it allows attackers to develop and carry out increasingly sophisticated scam tactics over the internet, making them hard or impossible to trace. The government is aware of this and has set out effort to reduce its effects, but the services designed to do so are fragmented due to each departments establishing their own portal over co-developing a centralized one. This paper documents the effects of the fragmentation on its effectiveness and attempts to suggest a more optimal platform based on the response of participants.
